Alibaba Group relocated its office space in Bellevue, Washington in order to accommodate its growing team. JPC Architects designed the 39,000 SF space and HITT contractors completed the build-out on the 3rd and 4th floors by adding custom casework, conference rooms, custom wall graphics and accent walls, and a prefinished plywood pegboard display wall. All teams experience challenges due to COVID 19, but the project ended on time and on budget.
